Director of Administration and Finance

 The parishes of the Immaculate Conception (Glenville), St Joseph’s (Scotia), and Our Lady of Grace (Ballston Lake) are seeking a Director of Administration and Finance (DAF). The DAF implements and enforces policies, processes, and workflows for carrying out the day to-day operations of the three parishes, in alignment with the mission and vision of the parishes with the goal of improving efficiency and cooperation among the parishes. Responsibilities include management of the parish offices, review and analysis of financial reports, and working with staff to support parish initiatives, events, and projects. Travel between the three parishes is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in
